Three to four resident events a month, year-round. Some are built around food, some around wellness, some around a movie screen at the edge of the pool. The point of all of them is the same: to make a building of 286 residences feel like a neighborhood.
Our events move around the property on purpose — the club room, the Summer Kitchen, the pool deck, the yoga room, the lawn — so residents get to know the whole community, not just the walk from the garage to their door.
The events residents turn out for most are the ones with something to eat and something to do.
Guac & Margs pairs margaritas with fresh guacamole, tacos, and light bites — our most reliably packed event of the year. Food Truck Fridays bring rotating local trucks on site, so dinner is a walk downstairs. Coffee Cart Mornings put grab-and-go espresso between your door and your commute. And resident chef and cooking classes turn the club room kitchen into something interactive.
We also host casual food socials through the year with no agenda beyond getting neighbors talking.
Instructor-led yoga and Pilates classes run in our yoga room and, when the weather cooperates, outdoors on the lawn. We also partner with Degree Wellness on wellness-focused activations and happy hours that pair the fitness side of the community with the social side.
Sip & Paint is a guided painting class with wine and refreshments — no experience required, and the results go home with you. Bingo nights, including our neon-themed rounds, come with real prizes. And Football Kickoff takes over the club room with wings, nachos, and the game on.
Dive-in movies put a screen at the edge of the resort-style pool for evenings warm enough to watch from the water — which, in Scottsdale, is most of them. The Summer Kitchen and the courtyard fire pits host grilling nights and gatherings as the desert cools off.
Manor Scottsdale is a pet-friendly community, and our events reflect that. Fur baby contests and pet-focused activities give residents and their dogs a reason to meet at the dog park.
We bring local vendors on site so residents can shop without leaving home — plant pop-ups and rotating makers and small businesses from around North Scottsdale.
The calendar shifts with the year: holiday gatherings, seasonal themes, and events timed to the things that make living in Scottsdale distinct — spring training, the WM Phoenix Open in February, and the first patio-weather evenings of fall.
Our amenity spaces were designed to host: the fully appointed club room and catering kitchen, the Summer Kitchen and trellis-covered courtyards, the resort-style pool deck and spa grotto, the yoga room, and the outdoor fitness lawn.
